Featured Thoughts: Should You Be Taking Weight Loss Drugs?
Takeaway: With new options like Ozempic, should you consider taking these medications to aid in weight loss?
I am neither for nor against these drugs. In the end, I think we’ll find they serve a net positive on many peoples’ lives.
However, I caution against their use without also addressing the lifestyle changes that greatly contribute to the problem of obesity.

Reader Question:
Is it better to do all your sets of an exercise in a row (1-1-1, 2-2-2, 3-3-3, etc), or is it ok to do them in a circuit (1-2-3, 1-2-3, 1-2-3, etc)?
The answer to this question depends on your goals.
If your main goal is to increase strength and muscle, then I suggest completing all sets of the same exercise back to back. This leads to greater fatigue and more productive stimulus on that muscle to get stronger.
If looking for more of a cardiovascular benefit, or simply to stay active while keeping things interesting, then there is nothing wrong with performing the exercises like a circuit.
Either way, it’ll still be tough, challenging, and good for your health.
