Special Announcement!
A large percentage of New Year’s dieters will give up out of frustration by the sixth week of the year.
I know I’ve certainly been guilty of that in the past.
So I wanted to do something different that would help YOU succeed.
Instead of pushing a “new year, new you” workout plan, I decided to build a transformative online course called, “The 5 Laws of Weight Loss.”
These are the common denominators that my most successful clients have shared over the last decade.
If you follow these laws, you won’t ever have to worry about jumping on a new diet ever again. You’ll be set for life to navigate your eating no matter where you are.
I use these same five laws to manage my eating when I’m traveling abroad, and it keeps my weight in check while I can still enjoy the local cuisine without guilt or anxiety.
As a special subscriber, you can enroll in the course now at a special discounted price by clicking the link below.

“How To Make (and Keep) A New Year’s Resolution”
Takeaway: Can I make a confession?
I haven’t had a fitness goal in years.
There came a point in my life where I was simply more interested in exploring the other parts of my life. The relationships, the travel, the other activities that bring me joy.
That doesn’t mean my fitness doesn’t continue to be a priority. I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve skipped a workout in the last ten years.
It just means the next goal—the next arbitrary metric of success—isn’t something I’m always chasing.
I think of my fitness now as a maintenance program, keeping the results I’ve achieved over the years so I can show up my best to the other goals I am pursuing.
As weird as it sounds for a fitness coach to not have a fitness goal, it’s a mindset switch that everyone has to face at some point in their journey.
Once you successfully reach your goal, what’s next?
This questions trips up a lot of people. Once you’ve lost the weight, you can’t keep trying to lose more and more indefinitely.
So why is being in shape actually important to you?
In what other areas of your life do you wish you could show up better?
Those are reasons enough to practice the healthy habits even when you don’t have a specific goal in mind.
This is how you achieve your forever fitness.
“A Wake Up Call That Changed My Entire Perspective On Life”
Takeaway: Don't take life for granted. Grab ahold of those you love as if you won’t ever see them again. Take a risk to do something you’ve been afraid to do, before it's too late. Leave it all on the table.
Takeaway: Very random tidbits of information the author learned over the year. The information itself is pretty neat, great for sharing the occasional fun facts. But what’s more interesting to me, is how it highlights how we all learn more than we give ourselves credit. You are not the same person going into 2023 as you were going into 2022. As it should be.
“The Drive: Chris Hemsworth on Limitless, Longevity, & Happiness” [Podcast]
Takeaway: If you haven’t seen Chris Hemsworth new docu-series on Disney+, he was told on camera that he holds the gene that predisposes him to alzheimer’s.
He’s since come out and said once he fulfills existing contracts, he’ll be taking time away form acting to focus on spending time with his family.
This podcast episode is a unique follow-up to that moment, where Hemsworth and Dr. Attia discuss what happened and what it means.
