Anything that’s worth anything requires effort.
Things given are taken for granted. You don’t think about your health until you lose it.
But things earned? Those are cherished. A strong, healthy body—one you’ve worked for—is something you respect.
I know, because I’ve lived both sides. I used to avoid mirrors and make excuses. I used to think it wasn’t worth trying.
But once I committed to the work, everything changed—my body, my mindset, my life.
Getting in shape will take work. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you a fantasy.
But here’s the thing: that effort is what makes it mean something.
You don’t lay awake dreaming about a new body for nothing—it matters.
So stop avoiding the work. You’re the only thing standing in the way.
