Client Highlight: Silvia’s Reluctant Beginning
Takeaway: Hear this snapshot of Silvia’s fitness journey alongside A-Team’s Coach Chris.
Not only has Coach Chris helped Silvia get out of pain and prove to herself that she is capable of far more than she thought, he even helped her land a new job when she was unhappy in her current role.

Featured Thoughts: Having An Anti-Vision
“A Full Guide To Reinvent Your Life In 6 Months”
Takeaway: The author covers many topics in this article, such as: motivation, goal setting, clarity, focus, etc. He lays out a roadmap for organizing things to focus on how you can improve your life.
One concept in particular I want to share is the idea of an anti-vision. If vision is everything you want for your life, anti-vision is everything you know you don’t want.
I think this can be a great starting point for those struggling to figure out what they do want in life. That’s a big question with endless options and a lot of abstraction, but we all have some sense of what we don’t want our life to look like.
The (not so great) example set by our parents in childhood.
A path we’ve witnessed other people in our life start to go down that we don’t want for ourselves.
It could even be the way your life looks right now. Maybe you are living a version of your anti-vision and want so badly to change it. (Are we in a Marvel movie?)
In a sea of endless opportunities, knowing what not to do doesn’t always get you closer to the right answer. But if you’re feeling very stuck and can’t figure out what you want, identifying what you definitely don’t want can get the ball moving.

“Defying Conventional Wisdom: Two Ways To Enjoy Your Favorite Treats”
Takeaway: People can be categorized as moderators or abstainers when it comes to food intake. Moderators can have controlled indulgences and include their favorite treats in reasonable amounts, while abstainers are better off eliminating treat-foods altogether and having infrequent, larger indulgences.
In The Spirit of Adventure:
“Best Bucket List Experiences - 2023”
Takeaway: This is TripAdvisors best rated experiences around the world for so far in 2023. If you’ve been around awhile then you know I’m all for a good adventure. I confess that I will sporadically browse sites like TripAdvisor to get inspiration for things I’d like to do one day.
I would take every adventure on this list in a heartbeat.
It’s important to have aspirations to work toward. A big part of my future vision is having the freedom to embark on these adventures as often as I’d like. I want the only limitation on my abilities to travel to be my own personal preferences.
Take a peek for some inspiration of your own.
