From his research he found that spending time with friends was one of the best ways to increase happiness.
At the end of a long day or week, our natural instinct is typically to stay in and skip social gatherings. This is certainly true for me.
But when you can fight the urge and go visit friends anyway, you’ll almost always find it worth it.
