Since moving, I’ve learned how NJ has a robust wellness community—professionals from a variety of fields raising the bar on health and wellness.
I’ve had the fortunate pleasure of becoming acquainted with many of them over the past couple years.
And a few months ago I had a light bulb moment: What if we brought these health professionals together for an event?
Not just your typical wellness event, but specifically one designed to break the audience out of common wellness traps that leave people stuck and frustrated.
To bring together pros who are breaking the mold of their respective fields. To bring new insights and fresh perspectives to their audience.
I wanted to create an event that highlighted these professionals and visionaries. But then I thought, why limit it to a local audience?
Thus was born: Breaking The Mold Virtual Wellness Summit.
On March 7-8, I’m bringing together the best minds and practitioners to bring you the knowledge you need to look and feel your best.
This event is for you if:
You’ve tried everything and still feel stuck
You’re tired of generic advice
Your body isn’t responding the way it used to
You know something needs to change
You just don’t know what
It’s free, and you can access the talks from anywhere.
Use this link to register for the event. You’ll get 48-hours to access the presentations and workshops.
Each professional was tasked with leaving you with at least one practical tool to start looking and feeling your best immediately.
Mark your calendars, March 7-8.
(And since it’s virtual, you don’t need to live in New Jersey to get the tools and knowledge these professionals are sharing. You can join from anywhere.)
In my presentation, I’ll be talking about:
Why Your Weight Loss Never Lasts: A simple four-step system to rewire the thoughts that sabotage weight loss when it gets hard.
Some of the other topics include:
“Future-Proofing Your Career Without Burning Out Your Body”—from a career strategist.
“Normalizing Nutrition: Blending Science & Soul to Heal Your Relationship with Food”—from a registered dietitian.
“The Importance of Play in Training, Business, and Life”—by a local coach and gym owner.
As well as other topics from other coaches, physical therapists, rehab chiropractors, and more!
